Baxter, Marion Counties each have 1 filing Thursday

     The filing period for city positions in Arkansas is now through five days, and Baxter and Marion Counties each had one filing Thursday.
     In Baxter County, Olivia Christi Dobson will seek the position of Recorder/Treasurer in Norfork. The office is currently held by Donna Hinton.
     Thursday's only filing in Marion County was by an incumbent on the Flippin City Council. Heith Hogan will seek re-election to Ward 2, Position 1.
     The deadline to file is August 19th at noon.
