Izard County authorities are searching for a Pineville man suspected of a probation violation. According to Sheriff Tate Lawrence, a warrant has been issued for Chance McCurley, but he has yet to be arrested. McCurley was sentenced to probation nearly a month ago, but he is alleged to have violated his terms within days of his sentence. Anyone with information on McCurley’s whereabouts is asked to contact Lieutenant Charles Melton at 870-368-4203.
