An Oakland woman was killed in a one-vehicle accident Wednesday evening in Baxter County on Highway 202. According to Senior Corporal Mark Morton of the Arkansas State Police, 73-year-old Bertie Miller of Oakland was driving westbound when she failed to negotiate a curve. Her vehicle left the roadway in the 5:30 p.m. accident and struck a tree.
