Mountain Home man involved in Missouri accident

     A Baxter County man was involved in a two-vehicle accident early Sunday morning in Stone County, Missouri. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 47-year-old Michael Bobbit of Mountain Home suffered minor injuries in the collision six miles north of Branson West.

     Bobbit was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 160 when he struck the rear of another vehicle driven by 43-year-old Daniel Warden of Willard. Bobbit’s vehicle then traveled off the right side of the road.

     Bobbit was transported by ambulance to Cox Medical Center South in Springfield where a hospital spokesperson says he is listed as a patient. Warden was not injured in the 2:45 a.m. accident. Both vehicles have moderate damage.
