A Mountain Home man is in the Baxter County Detention Center on $15,000 bond and charged with theft of property.
According to Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery, 40-year-old Eric Guynes was arrested by the Mountain Home Police Department Sunday afternoon around 3. Information regarding the arrest has yet to be released.
This isn't Guynes first run in with the law. According to court records, in December 2012, Guynes was found guilty of felony theft of property and felony residential burglary. Those felonies were committed in July 2012.
Also in December 2012, Guynes was found guilty of felony theft of property and felony residential burglary. Those felonies were reported to have occurred in March 2012.
Guynes is scheduled to appear in Baxter County Circuit Court to answer to the latest theft of property charge.
