A former member of the Gassville City Council has been indicted for allegedly viewing child pornography.
According to PACER, an on-line court records database, 54-year-old Scott Kramm was indicted for viewing child pornography from December 2013 to February 2016. Kramm was arrested in Washington County on August 16 and released after posting $5,000 bond.
