The Boone County Sheriff's Department is notifying the public of sex offender moving to a residence north of Harrison. According to Sheriff Mike Moore, Benjamin Moses was released on parole and now resides on Sand Flat Road.
Moses is a Level Three sex offended considered at high risk to re-offend. He was convicted of second-degree sexual assault involving a 21-year-old female.
