A local administrator has won a very prestigious award. Cotter School District Gifted Coordinator Monica Springfield was awarded the 2016 Arkansas Gifted Educator Administrator of the Year Award. This award recognizes an outstanding gifted educator administrator for exemplary leadership in providing outstanding educational opportunities for children.
The award was presented at the state Arkansas Association of Education Administrators conference in Little Rock.
