The Baxter County Fair gets underway Tuesday and several locations are offering discount fair tickets.
Monday and Tuesday, discount fair tickets can be purchased from schools in Baxter County, Flippin and Calico Rock for $1.00. Tickets purchased at the fair cost $1.50.
Tuesday afternoon from 2 to 7, exhibits in home economics, art and photography divisions can be registered in the education building. Horticulture exhibits can be registered Tuesday afternoon from 2 to 7 in the horticulture room.
The carnival in Midway starts Tuesday evening at 5 and will remain open until 9:30.
