Mtn. Home planning commission approves annexation and property variance

     The Mountain Home Planning Commission met in regular session Monday afternoon, according to Building Inspector Greg Ifland, with members Sam Rhoades and Tracy Fancher absent. The commission members were unanimous in their decision to annex, as Commercial C-2, a property located at 1771 and 1893 U. S. Highway 62 B, requested by Freeman and Hasselwander Development Company LLC and Raymond A. Whitmire, Trustee of the Raymond A. Whitmire Revocable Trust. The request was presented by Attorney Mark D. Carney.

     The commission members also approved a variance to Teco Restoration LLC for a building located at 500 County Road 390 presented by Tyler Sallee, owner of the property.
