The Baxter County Fair continues Wednesday.
The horticulture room and the education building will be closed Wednesday from 8 to 5 for judging in horticulture, home economics, art and photography.
A petting zoo will be featured at the livestock barn Wednesday from 10 a.m. to close. Poultry and rabbit livestock can be entered at the poultry/rabbit barn from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Poultry blood testing will be performed from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the lot by the fair office.
Commercial booths and the carnival in Midway open open Wednesday evening at 5. The annual Baxter County Fair Parade will begin at 5:30. The parade will start at Long Chiropractic, located at 506 Hospital Drive.
Immediately following the parade, the Saddle Club Arena will play host to the horse show.
Bands from area high schools will supply the entertainment Wednesday night beginning at 6:30 at the outdoor stage.
