The Izard County High School boys’ golf team picked up another win Tuesday, capturing a six-team match at the Course on Turkey Mountain at Horseshoe Bend. The Cougars shot 126, six strokes ahead of second place Concord. Salem was third and Mammoth Spring fifth.
Cody Workman paced Izard County with a 41, Tyler Pemberton shot 42, Matthew Workman fired a 43, Zach Williams finished with a 44 and Drake Gallion shot 45.
River Galbraith led Salem with a 45.
Mammoth Spring was led by Aden Bettis with a 61.
