Area children are invited to attend the free fishing derby celebrating the opening of McCabe Park Saturday morning at 8. The 5 acre lake, known as Baker Lake, has been stocked by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission with over 250 catfish. There will be refreshments and prizes for all children in attendance.
McCabe Park, a 42 acre park is located on U. S. Highway 62 west near the Sheid-Hopper Bypass in Mountain Home.
