The Calico Rock Museum will be hosting an event honoring Gene Lockie. Lockie was a founder and founding trustee of the Calico Rock Museum. Lockie has been an instrumental part of the community as an active member of the Lions Club, Calico Rock School Board, and is recognized as a Calico Rock Ambassador. Lockie will be retiring from the museum foundation board after eight years of service.
The Museum invites the public to join them on Saturday, October 29th, at ten a.m. The event will be held at Calico Rock Museum located on 104 Main Street, and the ceremony will be held in the Gwen Murphy Gallery. Refreshments will be served. For those unable to attend, a card of appreciation will be accepted at the museum.
