The Springdale School District says a high school football player was killed during a weekend car crash.
A district spokesman said Springdale High player Kyler Williams died in a crash near Marble. Arkansas State Police said his vehicle left Arkansas 21 and overturned several times.
Williams had 10 catches for 265 yards and three touchdowns Friday in Springdale's win over Rogers Heritage. A vigil for Williams was held Sunday night at the high school football stadium.
