High school basketball makes up the local Saturday schedule as Viola's girls travel to Walnut Ridge to begin action in the Williams Baptist College High School Tournament. The Lady Longhorns will be paired with Maynard at four p.m.
Elsewhere, the Equity Bank Omaha Border Classic gets underway. In girls' action, Lead Hill tips off against Kingston at 1:30, Green Forest faces Berryville at 4:30, and Bakersfield meets the host Lady Eagles at 7:15. On the boys' bracket, Lead Hill takes on Berryville at 3:00, and Omaha plays Green Forest at 6:00.
Dora's girls will take part in the Cabool Shootout. The Lady Falcons have the early session as they meet Summersville at 9:00.
