The Boone County Sheriff is notifying the public of a Level 3 registered sex offender residing in the county. The sheriff says Jacob Kenneth Laxton has moved to a residence on Sumac Drive in Diamond City.
The is notification from the sheriff is in compliance with Arkansas statues for community notification.
