The Izard County High School girls' basketball team was eliminated from the NEA Tournament Friday at the ASU Convocation Center in Jonesboro. The Lady Cougars fell in the Division I semifinals to Marmaduke by a final of 66-55. Jen King led Izard County with 16 points, Kristen Caraway scored 12, and Harley Thomason added ten. The Lady Cougars drop to 18-5 on the season.
