A 62,000 square foot warehouse under construction for the Melbourne Industrial Development Corporation is processing on schedule, according to the corporation’s President, Matt Rush. He says the concrete and steel structure is being built by M & A Jones Construction Company of Batesville and will be leased to Mohawk Flooring for finished product warehousing, allowing Mohawk to add 65 additional employees.
The project is expected to be completed in mid-February.
