According to Crystal Brightwell, Nursing Director of Hensley Behavioral Health, the facility is a geriatric psychiatric unit designed to meet the mental health needs of people 50 years of age and older. The majority of patients have a diagnosis of dementia or alzheimers. The goal is to provide patients with a comfortable environment for patient treatment and recovery.
