Baxter County and Circuit Clerk Canda Reese recently announced the public is invited to a swearing-in ceremony Sunday evening, January first, at 6:30 for all newly elected and re-elected Baxter County and city officials. The event will take place at the courthouse on the square. Arkansas Supreme Court Justices Shawn Womack and Rhonda Wood will be administering the Oaths of Office.
