Rural Mtn. Home man arrested on felony assault charges

     A rural Mountain Home man, 24 year old Dominic Anthony Swingle is being held in the Baxter County jail on felony charges of aggravated assault after he was found passed out and bleeding in a rural Mountain Home residence. Baxter County Sheriff says bond for Swingle is set at $10,000.
     The sheriff says deputies from his office were told he arrived at the home on County Road 989 drunk, shortly before 9. He began to act aggressively and is alleged to have swung a knife at two individuals there. Swingle and the others then left the residence, according to the sheriff and when they returned to the house, they found Swingle passed out in the kitchen surrounded by blood.
    Swingle, who had a large cut on his right hand, was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center for treatment and later booked into the jail.
