Baxter County will hold a public swearing-in ceremony Sunday evening, at 6:30 for all newly elected and re-elected Baxter County and city officials. The event will take place at the courthouse on the square. Arkansas Supreme Court Justices Shawn Womack and Rhonda Wood will be administering the Oaths of Office.
