Three Mountain Home residents have been arrested on felony drug charges, according to Mountain Home Police Chief Carry Manuel. The police chief says the arrest of 24 year old Dustin Trevor Horn, 21 year old Cassondra Melody Avila and 20 year old Cassie Rose Cleland followed a theft investigation by Mountain Home Police. The three are each charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and an enhance charge of being in proximity to certain facilities. Horn is also on felony probation. They are all being held in the Baxter County jail with bond set at $20,000 each.
According to Manuel, when officers went to a local apartment complex as part of the investigation, the located Horn, Avila and Cleland along with approximately five pounds of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and over $1400 in cash.
The police chief says the theft investigation, which led to the arrest of Horn, Avila and Cleland, is continuing.
