Two Salem men, 31-year-old Ernest Joey Richard and 58-year-old Richard Jones, were recently arrested on felony drug charges at a residence in Fulton County. According to Fulton County Sheriff Albert Roork, the two were arrested at the same time. Ernest Richard was charged with 2 felonies for use and possession of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. Richard Jones was charge with felony possession of methamphetamine. Both men are scheduled to appear in Fulton County Circuit Court Wednesday.
