MHHS bowling sweeps Izard County, Norfork splits with Riverside

In high school bowling Wednesday, Mountain Home swept Izard County at Driftwood Lanes.

In the boy’s match, the Bombers won 8-5. Devin Pittman had a 191 game while Christian Amato shot a 188.

In girl’s action, the Lady Bombers topped Izard County 10-3. Kaitlyn Kill had games of 192 and 182.

The Mountain Home bowling teams will travel to Jonesboro to face Nettleton January 23rd.



The Norfork High School bowling teams split their matches at Jonesboro against Riverside.

The Panthers were 8-5 winners. Zach Helm led the way with games of 188 and 153, Caleb Boshier had games of 172 and 151 and Kyle Manes rolled a 162 and 159. The Panthers improve to 6-0 on the season.

In the girl’s match, Riverside defeated Norfork 9-4. Candice Anderson had games of 163 and 121, Macy Crawford rolled game sof 136 and 126 and Montana Grieve had a 136 and 122.
