Twin Lakes Area could see freesing rain early Friday morning



     An Arctic Front moving into the region is expected to bring much cooler temperatures and freezing precipitation, according to the National Weather Service Offices in Springfield and North Little Rock. Residents in south central Missouri will get most of the freezing rain, which will start after midnight and extend into the early hours of Friday morning, according to Mike Griffin of the Springfield office.

     Although most of the frozen precipitation is expected to stay in Missouri, residents in northern Baxter County and Mountain Home could see some icy conditions, according to Meteorologist Sean Clarke from the North Little Rock office.
