Two of Mountain Home’s junior high boys’ basketball teams picked up home victories over Batesville.
The freshmen game ended with the Junior Bombers defeating the Junior Pioneers 27-22. Mountain Home improves to 6-8 on the season.
The evening began with Mountain Home taking the seventh grade game over Batesville 47-42. Cooper Oxford led the Seventh Grade Bombers with 12 points.
The Mountain Home eighth grade boys suffered their first loss of the season in the semifinals of the Little Rock Ed Durham Tournament. The Eighth Grade Bombers fell to Little Rock Parkview on the campus of Pulaski Academy. Mountain Home is now 11-1 on the year.
All three Mountain Home teams will travel to Harrison on Thursday.
