Gassville woman faces felony charges

     A Gassville woman, 29-year-old Lacey Corbin, arrested on an outstanding warrant faces additional charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and furnishing prohibited articles. According to Mountain Home Police Chief Carry Manual, Corbin is being held in the Baxter County jail on the felony charges and other charges of probation violation, non-payment of fines and non-payment of child support. She is being held in the Baxter County Jail on a $5,365.

     According to an arrest affidavit, Mountain Home Police were dispatched to an area near Baxter Regional Medical Center on a suspicious vehicle call. An officer recognized two occupants to have outstanding warrants. They were both arrested and taken to jail. The arresting officer allegedly warned Corbin about bringing anything illegal into the facility.

     While in custody Corbin turned over fourteen concealed Adderall tablets, a schedule 2 controlled substance.
