The Boone County man who is a level three sex offender was arrested Thursday for failing to comply with Arkansas Sex Offender registration and reporting requirements. Boone County Sheriff Mike Moore says 51 year old Randy L. Ford of Harrison is being held in the Boone County Jail on a parole violation with bond set at $3,500.
The sheriff says this notification is being made in compliance with Arkansas statues.
