Norfork Fire Department to conduct controlled burn

     A controlled burn of approximately 200 acres is being conducted by the Norfork Fire Department South of Sheid Road near the White River. Twin Lakes Area residents should not be alarmed by heavy smoke in and around the area Thursday morning and into the afternoon.
     According to the Baxter County Government website the county wide burn ban is off.
