Thursday schedule includes baseball, softball, track

Baseball, softball and track make up the local Thursday schedule.

The Mountain Home High School track teams will make their second trip of the season to Heber Springs as they compete in the Eagle Bank Relays. Action begins at 3:30 at Panther Stadium.

In high school softball, Cotter travels to Norfork, Yellville-Summit hosts Marshall, Viola entertains Mammoth Spring, and Melbourne makes the trip to Hoxie.
The Mountain Home junior varsity squad will be in front of the home crowd for a doubleheader with Bergman. The first game begins at 4:30 at Freedom Field at McClain Park.

On the baseball schedule, Cotter heads to Norfork, Flippin is home against Calico Rock, Viola hosts Mammoth Spring, Melbourne travels to Hoxie, and Jasper makes the trip to Alpena.
