The Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic will hold an in person registration on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the have-A-Heart Pet Shelter in Flippin for the upcoming Spay and Neuter Clinic to be held April 25 through the 27.
Surgery at the April clinic will be by appointment only and a $12 deposit per animal is required at time of registration with the balance due on surgery day. Payment is by check, cash or money order only.
The cost for the surgery for both male and female pets is $72 for dogs up to 75 pounds and $82 for dogs over that weight. For all cats, the cost is $47.
Financial aid is available at the time of registration. Those applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and provide proof of income. The Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic use the government poverty guidelines to determine qualification.
