Vickers graduates from Air Force training

     U. S. Air Force Airman Terissa Vickers of Yellville has graduated, with honor distinction, from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio.
     A 2014 graduate of Yellville-Summit High School, she completed an intensive, eight-week program including training in military disciple and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skill, according to a press releases from the defense department.
     Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
     Vickers is the wife of Christopher Vickers of Oceanside, California.
