According to the Harrison Daily Times, the board was in executive session for over an hour and a half before they voted unanimously for Dr. Pratt to succeed current superintendent Dr. Mendy Moss. He has been with the Willard R-II School District for the last ten years. Pratt was the high school principal for the first five years and the assistant superintendent during the last five.
