Tina Cole, Community Economic Development Coordinator for the Northwest Arkansas Economic Development District, is one of the grant writers, has helped secure the funds and is keeping the County informed of the status.
According to their website, the Delta Regional Authority works closely with Delta communities and the Department of Defense to assist with the application process as well as planning and implementation. The DRA also serves on the advisory board for the IRT program, allowing for significant input into site selection and program development.
