National Park Radio in concert at Steel Creek

     The modern folk band National Public Radio will appear in a free concert Saturday, April 22 at 5 in the evening at Steel Creek. located off Highway 74 near Ponca.   Sponsored by the Buffalo National River Partners, the event will feature live music, food venders and educational booths. Additionally, Circle Yoga Shala will facilitate a morning yoga session at Steel Creek Campground at 9 in the morning on the day of the concert.
The following day a Buffalo River cleanup and float trip will take place in celebration of Earth Day. The cleanup will be gin at Pruitt Landing at 10 a.m. and end at Hasty Access.
The Buffalo National River Partners is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the promotion, appreciation, preservation and protection of the Buffalo River. The organization is in the process of raising funds to cover the cost of the concert and upcoming educational programs at the park.
