The Cotter City Council is scheduled to meet Thursday evening at 6:00 in Council Chambers. Items on the meeting’s agenda include reports from Public Works, the Cotter Fire and Police Departments, a building permit report and a Planning and Zoning Commission report.
Under new business a resolution for a $3,500 mini-grant for the Cotter Police Department will be considered. Other resolutions include regulation ordinances to revise the development plan and zoning purpose.
Cotter Mayor Peggy Hammock is expected to give an update on the new “Welcome to Cotter” sign and discuss the Ductile Pipe Grant.
Hammock says she will also discuss donations to the cemetery and police department and a vacancy on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
