Viola men arrested on felony charges

A Viola man, 35-year-old Clifton Burrows, has been arrested and charged with fleeing and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use methamphetamine, both Class D felonies.

Fulton County Sheriff Al Roork says Burrows is being held in the Fulton County jail without bond on a warrant from the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections and for breaking conditions of bond.

Sheriff Roork also reports the arrest of 35-year-old Jonathan Lee Hall of Viola on possession of a firearm by certain persons and terroristic threatening in the first degree, both Class D felonies. Hall is being held without bond in the Fulton County Jail on a warrant from the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections for revocation of parole.
