Firefighters responded to two separate structure fires in the early morning hours Monday, one in Lakeview and the other in the Buford area. According to correspondence between 911 dispatch and emergency personnel the Grover Township Fire Department responded to a structure fire call at approximately 3:45 Monday morning.The Lakeview fire was located just south of the Leisure Hills area, near Nubbin Ridge Road and Hickory Flats. The majority of firefighters returned to quarters at approximately 5:30 Monday morning with two ambulances dispatched to the scene around that time.The Buford Volunteer Fire Department, along with all mutual aid personnel, were paged out to the other structure fire at approximately 5:30 Monday morning. At the time of this report emergency personnel were still on the scene.
