The Mountain Home City Council will meet Thursday evening at 6 in the council chambers of the municipal building.
Four proposed ordinances are on the agenda, two dealing with water and sewer rates and two with zoning.
Water and Wastewater Director Alma Clark will present two ordinances, one to amend the schedule of rates to be charged and collected for water system users and the second amending the schedule of rates to be charged and collected for sewer system users.
The first zoning ordinance will be presented by attorney Robert Clarke and proposes to amend an area zoned as residential R-1 and R-1A to R-4. The second will be presented by attorney Ted Sanders and proposes to amend an area as Residential R-1 to Commercial C-3.
