The weather is impacting activities in the Twin Lakes area today. The continued rainfall has led to the cancellation of the parade as part of the Pioneer Days celebratation at Norfork.
The open house at the White River Baptist Assocation at Gassville that had been scheduled today from 10 until 2 has been postponed due to the weather. A spokesperson for the association noted their building has been impacted by the large amount of rainfall overnight.
According to the spokesperson, the open house will be rescheduled for a later date.
