8 new business licenses issued in May

Eight new business licenses were issued by the city of Mountain Home during May, according to Roberta Pack from the City of Mountain Home Building Inspector’s Office.

City records indicate licenses were issued to four home based businesses including NCA Biomedical LLC, for maintenance and repair of medical equipment; Livewire Life and Health Coaching, for integrative nutrition and health coaching; Jazzercise for fitness classes; and The Polished Farmhouse for online retail.

Business licenses were also issued to Frosty Treats, an ice cream truck; Cooyons, a restaurant located at 785 Highway 201 North; Quality Air, an air and room cleaning system; located at 719 Highway 5 North Suites A and B; and Red Star Antiques, an antique store; located at 3260 Highway 62 West.

Total licensing revenue reported in April was $18,307 which includes $6,667 for alcohol tax and licenses; $11,340 in occupation licenses; $40 for pet licenses, and $260 for garage sales licenses.
