Someone has the Hearts on Fire diamond neckalce donated by Carter’s Jewel Chest to the Red White and Blue Festival right before the fireworks were shot. Immediately after the number 159280 was drawn, Heidi Plum rushed to the stage with the winning ticket.
Plum will take home the 18-karat white gold Hearts on Fire beloved diamond pendant. The necklace is valued at $3,650.
It was also announced First Security Bank sold the most tickets overall and the most tickets per associate. All proceeds from the drawing go to support the Red, White and Blue Festival.
