That was KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot’s Tim Tibbs from Arkansas State University-Mountain Home with the finale of the Red, Whited and Blue Festival. Attendees were treated to the fireworks show under clear weather conditions a day after the Twin Lakes Area experienced severe activity.
Festival organizers are still tallying the total attendance for the festival, but by all accounts, might have been the biggest turnout in the event’s 18-year history.
