The winner of the 2017 Red White and Blue Hearts on Fire diamond pendant has been announced. Heidi Rula of Mountain Home presented the winning ticket #159280 making her the lucky winner. She purchased the ticket at the fireworks on the campus of Arkansas State University Mountain Home during the Red White and Blue Festival. The pendant is donated by Carter’s Jewel Chest and all proceeds from the ticket sales help support the festival.The Red White and Blue Festival committee says they wish to thank all who purchased tickets supporting this annual community event.
