The funds to replace the machines were not allocated and the Arkansas Legislature is looking for ways to fund the new machines. Drown says as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Elections he will be with the issue directly in the upcoming annual County Clerks Conference in Eureka Springs.

Drown says the gathering will be an opportunity to discuss the benefits of new equipment.
