During a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday, Ricky Morris of Mountain Home pled guilty to drug-related charges stemming from his arrest on an active felony warrant July 5th and was sentenced to three years in prison.

A Mountain Home police officer reported seeing the 52-year-old Morris riding his bicycle on First Street, stopped and arrested him on the outstanding warrant, according to the probable cause affidavit filed in the case.

During the encounter, the officer found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in a backpack belonging to Morris.

The state dismissed revocation actions in two earlier cases.
