The Twin Lakers semi-pro basketball team began another season with a victory on Saturday. The Twin Lakers defeated the Arkansas Lightning 157-128.
Marcus Britt was the leading scorer with 57 points. The Twin Lakers also had a pair of double doubles as Zachary Bush scored 26 points and grabbed 15 rebounds, and KynnDale Prather had ten points and 15 assists. In addition, Derrick Rolls finished with 26 points, and Mario Caffey added 15 points.
The Twin Lakers are 1-0 on the year, and they’ll finish non-conference play August 6th when they meet the Greenville Blazers from Mississippi.
