FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) – Bret Bielema has had a busier offseason this year
than most compared to his first four at Arkansas. The 47-year-old coach
celebrated the birth of his firstborn _ daughter Briella _ earlier this month.
He heads into a critical fifth season in the Southeastern Conference. The
Razorbacks went 7-6 last year, the first time the school did not improve its
record under the former Wisconsin coach.
The Razorbacks open the season in just over one month on Thursday, August 31st
against Florida A&M at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock.
